Open Activity under Company in the sidebar to see who did what: daily sheets submitted and approved, price changes, deposits, purchases, credit invoices and payments, bank account changes, people and roles, stations, apps and billing. Owners and admins see it. To let someone else see it, give their role View activity log under People → Roles.

Finding something

  • Choose a period at the top. It starts on the last 30 days.
  • Narrow it to one person, or one type such as Credit or Daily sheets.
  • Search for a station, a customer or a word in the change.
Each line shows when it happened, who did it, what they did and what it was about, for example Approved a daily sheet · Lekki, 7 Oct 2026. Changes to the bank account also show the old and new account, with only the last four digits of each number.

How far back it goes

Older records are deleted every night. Records about money (credit, payments, deposits, purchases, apps and billing) are kept for at least 6 months on every plan, so a dispute can still be traced. Choosing a bigger plan keeps history from then on; records already deleted don’t come back.
