Every sale, return, delivery and count moves stock, so Mart stock always shows what should be on the shelf.

Opening stock

The first time, choose Opening stock and type what’s on the shelf for each product, with its cost. You only do this once per product.

Goods received

When a delivery arrives, choose Goods received: the supplier, the invoice or waybill number, and each product’s units and cost. The cost updates the product’s margin.

Count the shelf

Count weekly. Choose Count stock and type what’s actually on the shelf. Leave a product empty to skip it. Gasos compares each count with what should be there and records the difference. Losses show in Stock and shrinkage under Mart reports.

Low and out

A product shows as Low at its reorder level (set it on the product, per station), and Out at zero. Stock never stops a sale: if the shelf has it, sell it. Below zero means sales were recorded that the stock doesn’t explain: count it.
