Today is the first screen you see. It shows one trading day for every station you can see, yesterday unless you choose another date, because sheets are filled in at close.

Choosing the day

Use the arrows or the date to look at another trading day. The date is always written out, so you know which day’s figures you’re reading.

The totals

  • Sales: total sales from the stations whose sheet for that day is submitted. “3 of 4 stations reported” means one station’s sheet isn’t in yet, so the total is incomplete.
  • Fuel sold: litres of each product.
  • Cash to bank: what the submitted sheets say should go to the bank, and what was counted.
  • Not banked yet: cash counted on any day that no deposit has covered yet, across all stations. This is as it stands now, not just for the chosen day.

Needs attention

The most urgent first:
  • Red: a sheet more than a day late, cash not banked within the station’s limit (two days unless changed in setup), or a tank that’s empty.
  • Amber: days waiting for your review, a day sent back for correction, or a tank running low.
  • Blue: open queries and supplier claims for short deliveries.
Tap an item to go straight to the sheet, the banking page or the stock page.

Each station

Each station shows the day’s status (open, waiting for review, approved or sent back), its sales and litres, cash to bank against cash counted (and any shortage), unbanked cash, and stock for each product with how many days it lasts at the recent rate. Show flags lists anything the manager had to explain on that day’s sheet, with their explanation. A station’s figures appear only once its sheet is submitted. Until then you see the sheet’s status and a link to it.
