Ask Gasos is in the sidebar on the Network and Enterprise plans. An owner or admin first allows it under Settings → Gasos AI, which shows what it sends and where. Then type a question the way you’d ask your accountant:
  • “How much fuel did each station sell last week?”
  • “Which tanks lost the most fuel this month?”
  • “How much cash is still to bank, and where?”
  • “Which attendants were short last week?”
  • “What did the mart sell best this month?”
While it works you’ll see what it’s looking at (“Running the tank variance report”). The answer leads with the figure, then the detail, with links to the days, deliveries and deposits behind it. Open them to check.

Where the answers come from

Ask Gasos reads the same reports and pages you can open yourself, and only for the stations you can see. Station figures come from submitted and approved sheets; if days are missing or waiting for review, the answer says so. It can’t change anything in Gasos.

Conversations

Ask a follow-up in the same conversation (“And at Abeokuta?”). Your conversations are listed on the left and are private to you; delete one with the bin beside it.

Limits

Each company can ask 300 questions a month on Network and 2,000 on Enterprise. The box shows how many are left. Each person can ask a few questions a minute and a set number a day. Unusual use is blocked for a day automatically: far more questions than normal, or repeated attempts to change how Ask Gasos works. Owners and admins see blocks under Settings → Gasos AI and can lift them.
