Dip every tank at close and enter the litres from your tank chart. Tonight’s dip is tomorrow’s opening stock. For each tank, or group of connected tanks, Gasos expects:
opening dip + fuel received − litres sold = expected closing stock
and compares it with your dip. A difference bigger than 0.5% of the litres sold (and at least 20 litres) needs a reason. Owners can change these limits in Station setup → Rules. A tank that isn’t dipped shows its stock as unknown, never zero.

The Stock page

Stock shows each tank’s level from the latest dip, how many days it will last at the recent selling rate, and its daily variance over the last two weeks. Tanks under three days of stock show as Low.

Corrections to an approved day

Approved days never change. If a mistake turns up later, add a correction on today’s sheet with the reason; it adjusts today’s expected stock or cash and stays linked to the day it corrects.
