Gasos replaces the end-of-day report your manager sends on WhatsApp or by email with one standard daily sheet: meters with photos, sales worked out for you, money in, cash to bank and dips, sent to you for review. This guide takes you from sign-up to your first reviewed day.

1. Name your company and first station

When you sign up, Gasos asks for your company name and your first station. Use the name your staff and customers know the station by, like Lekki or Ikorodu Road. You can add more stations later from Stations.

2. Set up the station as it is on site

Open Station setup. Work through each section, or follow the Readiness checklist, which says exactly what’s missing:
  • Products and prices: tick what the station sells and today’s prices.
  • Tanks: every tank, named as on site, with its capacity. Connect tanks that are joined.
  • Pumps and nozzles: each nozzle labelled like the sticker on the pump (PMS 2A), the tank it draws from, and whether its meter is digital or mechanical.
  • POS and transfers: the terminals and accounts customers pay into.
  • People: the pump attendants on the roster.
  • Opening position: each nozzle’s meter reading with a photo, and each tank’s dip.
When every required item is done, an owner or admin presses Open station for trading. See Set up a station.

3. Invite your station manager

From People, invite your manager by email as a Station manager and choose their station. They’ll only see that station. Supervisors review days; viewers can read reports.

4. Run the first day

Your manager opens Daily sheets, opens the day, and fills in the sheet at close. When they submit it, you get the summary by email and it waits in Review. Read Run the day to see the standard every station follows.
