Under Company → Suppliers, choose Add supplier: the name, a contact, phone, email, address and notes such as payment terms.
  • Owners and admins choose Supplies every station (including stations added later) or pick stations.
  • A station manager can add a supplier for their own station. Owners see who added it.
When a station records a delivery, it can only choose its own suppliers. Open a supplier for its deliveries, purchases and any open shortage claims.
