Owners and supervisors review each station’s submitted days under Review. The sidebar shows how many are waiting, and you get the summary by email when a day is submitted.

Oldest first

Days are approved in order at each station: the oldest submitted day is approved before the next. A day waiting for review never stops the station from trading the next day.

Approve

Open the day, check the meters and their photos, the money and the explanations, then Approve. An approved day is final. The quickest way through the photos is the Photos section: tap the first one, then Next. Each photo shows the figure typed for it. See Meters and photos.

Ask about a line

Use Raise a query to ask about one line: a meter, the cash, a tank. The manager answers in Gasos, so the question and answer stay with the day. Resolve each query before approving.

Send it back

Request changes returns the day to the manager with your note. They correct it and resubmit; the sheet keeps each revision and the history of who did what.

Your own day

If you submitted a day yourself, someone else reviews it. When nobody else in the company can review, you can approve it, and Gasos labels it self-approved.
