The standard is that each attendant answers for their own pumps.
  1. At opening, choose who works each pump. One attendant can cover several pumps.
  2. At close, record each attendant’s hand-over: POS by terminal, transfers by account, and cash.
  3. Gasos compares it with the litres on their pumps × the price, and shows short or over for each attendant.
A shortage needs a reason and stays on the attendant’s record. Money not from an attendant, like lubricants sold at the counter, goes under Collected by the station.

POS end-of-day slips

Print each terminal’s settlement slip at close, enter its total and take a photo. If the slip and the hand-overs on that terminal don’t agree, Gasos asks why.
