Notifications

Gasos tells you about the things that need you, by email and, if you add your number, on WhatsApp. Open Settings → Notifications to choose.

What Gasos sends

Each one can be turned off. Sign-in codes, password resets, invitations and payment emails are always sent.

Under WhatsApp, enter your number (for example 0803 123 4567) and choose Send a code. Gasos sends a code to that number on WhatsApp; enter it to confirm the number is yours. That’s also your agreement to receive Gasos messages there. Then choose what you want on WhatsApp: the morning summary, and alerts about queries and sheets sent back. Messages come only from the Gasos number. Remove your number at any time. If a WhatsApp message can’t be delivered (no signal, WhatsApp busy), Gasos tries again for about an hour.
