Price changes

When the price board changes, press Change price on the sheet at that moment. Gasos asks for the current reading of every nozzle selling that fuel, with photos. Litres before the change are sold at the old price and litres after at the new one, and the sheet shows both lines.

Pump tests

Every day, dispense into a certified 10 or 20 litre measure and pour it back into the tank. Record it under Pump tests: the litres the meter showed and the litres in the measure. Test litres never count as sales, so they never count against the attendant. If a test is more than 0.5% off, the owner is told the pump needs calibration.
