# Suppliers

> Add the depots and distributors you buy from, and choose which stations each one supplies.

Under **Company → Suppliers**, choose **Add supplier**: the name, a contact, phone, email, address and notes such as payment terms.

* Owners and admins choose **Supplies every station** (including stations added later) or pick stations.
* A station manager can add a supplier for their own station. Owners see who added it.

When a station records a delivery, it can only choose its own suppliers. Open a supplier for its deliveries, purchases and any open shortage claims.
