# Mart reports

> Sales, margin, cashiers and stock losses, with charts, for any range and station.

Open **Mart → Mart reports**, choose a report, the dates and the stations.

* **Mart sales** — takings by day and station, how customers paid (chart), refunds, discounts and VAT, and the average basket.
* **Products and margin** — units, sales, cost and margin by product and category, with best sellers and margin by category.
* **Cashiers and tills** — each cashier's sales, refunds and discounts, every till session's cash against what it should hold, and who was short.
* **Stock and shrinkage** — opening, received, sold, returned and counted stock by product, with the biggest losses found at counts.

Each report says how many mart days in the range are closed. Sales from days still open are included and may still grow.

Open a row to go to that day. **Export** gives a PDF to share or a CSV for Excel; exports are logged.

Margin uses the cost at the time of each sale, before VAT. Products sold without a known cost are left out of margin; record goods received with a cost to fix that.
