# Reports

> Sales, attendants, tank variance, deliveries, banking, pump tests and expenses, with PDF and CSV exports.

**Reports** turns submitted daily sheets into the figures you need for a period: a week, a month or up to 93 days at a time.

## Choosing a report

Pick the report, the dates (or a quick range such as **Last 7 days** or **Last month**) and the stations. Everyone sees only the stations they're assigned to.

| Report | What it shows |
| - | - |
| Daily summary | Each station's day: litres, sales, POS and transfers, expenses, cash expected and counted, short or over. |
| Sales | Litres and naira by product, by station, by day (or by month for long ranges) and by pump price. |
| Attendant short and over | What each attendant's pumps sold against what they handed over, most short first. |
| Tank variance | Dipped stock against expected stock, by tank and day by day, with the days outside the allowance. |
| Deliveries and shortages | Fuel received against the waybill, by supplier, with seals and claim status. |
| Cash and banking | Cash counted each day, how much is banked and what isn't, with the deposits made. |
| Pump tests | Every calibration test, and the nozzles outside the allowance. |
| Expenses | Money spent from the till, by category, with whether a receipt photo was taken. |

## Which days are counted

Reports use **submitted and approved** sheets only. At the top of every report Gasos says how many station-days it covers, how many are still waiting for review (they're included but may still change), and which days are missing, for example a sheet still open or sent back for correction. Rows shaded red or amber need a look; tap the date to open that day's sheet.

## Exporting

**Export** gives you:

* **PDF**, to print or share: the same tables with the coverage note, who made it and when.
* **CSV**, for Excel or Google Sheets: numbers without symbols (naira with kobo, litres with millilitres) so columns add up.

Every export is recorded in the company's audit log with the report, dates and stations.
