# Run the day

> The Gasos Station Standard for a trading day, from opening to submitting the sheet and banking the cash.

This is the standard every Gasos station follows. Owners: teach it to your managers.

| When | On site | In Gasos |
| - | - | - |
| Opening | Check the opening meters match last night's closing. Assign attendants to pumps. | Open the day. Opening meters are already there. Choose who works each pump. |
| During the day | Deliveries, price changes, pump tests and expenses as they happen. | Add each one to today's sheet with its photo. It saves on the phone even without signal. |
| Close | Read and photograph every meter. Take each attendant's hand-over. Count cash. Dip every tank. Count lubricants. Print each POS terminal's end-of-day slip. | Enter it all, read the checks, explain any difference, then **Submit**. |
| Next working day | Bank the cash. | Record the deposit with a photo of the slip, under **Money**. |

## The trading day

A sheet belongs to the day the sales happened, not the day it was typed. Finishing yesterday's sheet this morning is normal; Gasos shows the date on every screen and asks you to confirm it. A sheet more than three days late needs the owner to unlock it.

## What stops you submitting

Gasos only blocks what's essential: a missing closing meter or photo, missing money, or a difference with no reason. Everything else is a warning. The **Checks** section lists each item in plain words with a **Go** button.

## No signal?

Keep going. Every entry and photo is saved on the phone and sent when the connection returns. The header shows *Offline: 3 changes saved on this device*. You need a connection only to submit.
