# Photos from your phone

> Fill in the sheet on a computer and take its photos on your phone, without emailing them to yourself.

On the daily sheet, choose **Photos from phone** and scan the QR code with your phone's camera. The page that opens lists the day's photos: each meter, each POS slip, then receipts and waybills. Tap **Take** for each one; it's sent as soon as it's taken.

On the computer, the photos appear by themselves within a few seconds:

* A meter or POS slip photo goes onto its line once you've typed that figure. A meter photo also suggests the reading.
* Receipts, waybills and anything else wait under **Photos**, and beside every photo button: tap the phone button there to use one.

The link works for 12 hours, only adds photos to that day, and stops once the day is submitted. Keep it to yourself; **Turn off the link** when you're done.
